BRISBANE, Australia — April 22, 2026 — EventsAir, a global leader in event management technology, yesterday announced the launch of Air Intelligence, a major innovation that introduces a new generation of AI-powered assistants designed to transform how events are planned, managed, and experienced.

With Air Intelligence, event planning shifts from navigating systems to simply interacting with event data in real time.

Instead of building reports, searching across multiple tools, or responding to repetitive attendee queries, planners can ask questions, receive answers instantly, and take action as their event unfolds. At the same time, attendees gain immediate, personalized support — from finding relevant sessions to receiving real-time, contextaware updates — without needing to rely on event staff.

“Air Intelligence represents a fundamental shift for the events industry and how planners engage with their technology,” said Paul Trappett, CEO at EventsAir.

“We’re building Air Intelligence at a moment when the role of software is changing. For too long, event professionals have had to work around systems, rather than with them. With Air Intelligence, we’re introducing intelligent assistants that are evolving towards agent-like capabilities, working alongside planners to interpret data, surface insights, and take appropriate actions in real time,  powered by over 35 years of event delivery expertise and deeply connected event data.”

At its core, Air Intelligence is powered by interconnected event data spanning both live and historical events, made possible by EventsAir’s unified platform architecture that spans the entire event lifecycle. This foundation enables smarter decisions, faster execution, and more personalized experiences at scale. For example, a planner can ask “Which sessions are underperforming?” or “How are registrations tracking compared to last year?” and receive immediate, data-driven answers, allowing them to take action while the event is still running.

A new standard for event intelligence

Air Intelligence supports both event professionals and attendees at every stage of the event lifecycle, from planning and promotion through to live delivery and post-event performance. This is enabled through a suite of AIpowered assistants, including Attendee Assistant (available now) for real-time event guidance, Planner Assistant  (coming soon) for surfacing insights, and enabling real-time decision-making, and Content Assistant (already live) for creating consistent event communications.

Its strength lies in how it connects event data in real time. Attendee behavior, session activity, operational updates, and performance metrics are no longer viewed in isolation. Instead, they form a continuously evolving picture of each event.

This allows planners to act on what’s happening in the moment, not after the fact. Insights surface as they are needed, enabling faster, more confident decisions and more relevant responses across the event experience.  The result is a more adaptive approach to event delivery. Planners can identify issues early, adjust in real time, and stay aligned with what is happening on the ground.

Designed for real-world impact

Air Intelligence has been developed with a practical, human-first approach, shaped by more than 35 years of EventsAir’s experience supporting event professionals.   The focus is on supporting the people behind the events and enabling better outcomes through more intelligent use of data. Each assistant is designed to solve real challenges faced by event professionals, delivering immediate value.

“From the beginning, our focus has been on building AI that supports event professionals, not replaces them,” said Mehdi Khalili, CTO at EventsAir. “Events are complex, fast-moving environments, and planners need tools that can keep up, adapt, and respond alongside them. Air Intelligence is designed to extend what planners are capable of, giving them more time to focus on the strategic and creative elements that make events truly impactful.”

This represents a fundamental shift in how event technology supports planners. Instead of navigating systems, building reports, and piecing together insights manually, planners can interact with their events in real time, gaining clarity and taking action when it matters most.

As the industry continues to evolve, Air Intelligence positions EventsAir at the forefront of a new era where intelligent assistants become a natural extension of every event team.
