Because it’s all too easy to forget to look after number one during the show, we offer opportunities to relax, refresh and reset. Retreat to the Well-being Lounge for meditation or a few quiet moments to yourself. Enjoy guided sessions by Inner Sense each day.


Take a break in the Quiet Room in the Well-being Lounge. This calm, welcoming space offers comfortable seating, blankets and a chance to unwind or simply pause for a moment. You’ll also find neurodivergent-friendly toys and puzzles. Open daily from 9:30am to 5pm.
