  1. Sign in and review your buyer meetings. Contact the buyers ahead of time to discuss their requirements and prepare for productive meetings.
  1. Use free lead scanning in the IMEX Events App. Test the lead scanning feature in the app before the show so you know how it works. View the instructions.

    We recommend syncing your schedule to your Outlook or Gmail calendar by selecting Sync to Calendar and downloading it as a PDF to print out or have on your phone by selecting Export Data.

    Buyers and attendees should plan to enter the hall from 9:30am. Meetings start at 10am sharp. (The Hosted Buyer Lounge opens at 8am.) Full opening hours.

  1. Test our free lead scanning in the IMEX Events App

Before the show, we recommend exhibitors test our free lead scanning. Do this by following the steps below:


  1. Sign in to the IMEX Events App
  2. Click 'Scan badges' on the Home Screen
  3. Hold your camera over the test badge QR code
  4. From your company profile, scroll down to view your list of leads. You’ll find the test badge you just scanned there
