Hosted buyers only:

Sign in to check your accommodations. View airport transfers and show shuttles.

Print your badge (full size color) using the link in your badge email.

No badge email? Check your junk and clutter and then let us know. To change your badge, sign in and select Edit Your Badge to receive a new badge email.

Note the exhibition hall opening times.

Exhibitors should be on their booth by 9am. Buyers and attendees should plan to enter the hall from 9:30am. Meetings start at 10am sharp. (The Hosted Buyer Lounge opens at 8am.) Access detailed opening hours and how to get to IMEX.

Sign in to review your show schedule.

We recommend syncing your schedule to your Outlook or Gmail calendar by selecting Sync to Calendar and downloading it as a PDF to print out or have on your phone by selecting Export Data.

Buyers - sign in and contact exhibitors you've booked meetings with to discuss requirements in advance for super-efficient meetings at the show. You can also message other buyers pre-show.

Buyers - follow our meeting etiquette. Double check your schedule for clashes before you arrive. And don't ghost—if you've overbooked or are running late, send the exhibitor a message.

Exhibitors - sign in and review your buyer meetings. Contact the buyers ahead of time to discuss their requirements.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout allowing basic internet usage (60-minute sessions). You can also buy premium Wi-Fi direct from the login page on your device.

Hall 8: Show floor. There are two restrooms, two cafes and four water refill stations.

Galleria: Experience our IMEX letters, take some time out and enjoy some sunlight.

Hall 9: Inspiration Hub, exhibitors including MPI, Encore, and CIM, Information Zone, Hosted Buyer Lounge and workspaces for work, meetings or a quiet space. There are restrooms, water refill stations and Central Park food market.
