MESA returns to IMEX for the fifth time with 23 members exhibiting
MESA, the Meetings and Events Support Association, is returning to IMEX in Frankfurt, Germany. This will be the fifth time MESA has exhibited at the show. There will be 23 members of the association exhibiting, up from last year that featured 12 members.
The show takes place between Tuesday 19th to Thursday 21st of May 2026 and is held at Messe Frankfurt.
Along with a full range of educational fireside chats taking place across the three days of the show, MESA will be offering networking opportunities and a drinks reception hosted and sponsored by Savvy Congress.
On the evening of the second day, Wednesday 20th, MESA will hold their Re-Fresh Dinner, which is open to non-members and industry colleagues. To check availability, visit the registration page on their website.

“As the Director of Meetings & Events Support Association, it’s been fantastic to see our presence at IMEX Frankfurt grow since we first exhibited in 2022. This year, we’re proud to host 23 stand sharers - almost double last year’s number - within an expanded 57 sqm space, reflecting both the demand and value of our community.
One of the biggest advantages of exhibiting with MESA is that no one stands alone. Especially for first-time exhibitors, being part of a shared stand creates a supportive, collaborative environment, surrounded by fellow members and constant activity - from pre-scheduled appointments to our ever-popular campfire sessions.
For planners and attendees, the MESA stand has become a hub to connect, learn, and explore. Our campfires invite open discussion on key industry topics, and having all our stand sharers in an easily accessible area offers a chance to discover the breadth of technology and event services our members offer. It’s a dynamic, welcoming space that truly showcases the strength of our community.”

Sébastien Braun of idloom commented on their membership…
“Exhibiting at IMEX together with MESA has been an outstanding experience for idloom. The stand-sharing concept offers a unique opportunity to be part of a strong collective presence, positioning us alongside leading industry players and trusted tech partners.
MESA truly represents the event tech ecosystem at IMEX and beyond, which translates into exceptional visibility. Being part of this group naturally drives high-quality traffic to our stand, sparks meaningful conversations, and creates valuable cross-selling opportunities between partners. The synergy is real and impactful.
Beyond the business benefits, there’s also a genuine sense of community. Exhibiting alongside fellow MESA members - many of whom have become friends - creates a collaborative atmosphere where it feels like one unified team, even though we are independent companies.
All in all, I can only strongly recommend participating at IMEX as an exhibitor via MESA -it’s a powerful way to boost visibility, generate opportunities, and be part of something bigger than your own stand.”
Jelmer van Ast, Founder & CEO at Conference Compass, also shared his views on membership…
"Exhibiting with MESA at IMEX Frankfurt 2026 continues to deliver outstanding value for us. Being part of the shared stand gives us strong visibility, high-quality buyer meetings, and access to a wider network than we could achieve alone. Just as importantly, it creates meaningful opportunities to connect and collaborate with fellow members who share a spirit of innovation and partnership.
MESA combines commercial value with genuine community. The shared presence is cost-effective, professionally executed, and backed by a supportive group of industry peers who want to help each other succeed. For Conference Compass, it remains one of the smartest and most enjoyable ways to participate in IMEX."

“When we became a Patron Member of the Meeting Support Association (MESA) two years ago, we eagerly seized the opportunity to participate in IMEX alongside the other members at a shared stand. We have found that a joint stand like MESA’s has a strong appeal to visitors. In one place, they can access a comprehensive range of meeting support services. Moreover, the relationships between the members are such that visitors can easily be referred on the spot to the right specialist when they have specific questions.
There is a strong sense of collegiality among the members, and the atmosphere is open and approachable. We also notice that many visitors come not only for specific services, but also for inspiration, for example during the daily organized campfire sessions. With 23 sharing companies, the MESA stand has grown into a vibrant ‘tech village’. We are proud to be part of this as an AV company that also provides IT services for congresses and events.”
