bnetwork reaches a strategic milestone with the launch of its Event Services division
Hotels
From accommodation management to an integrated approach to event performance
As a leading accommodation partner for large-scale B2B events, bnetwork currently supports over 200 events
each year, representing more than 1.5 million room nights across 40+ destinations in 20 countries.
Historically recognized for its accommodation expertise, the group is now evolving its positioning in response to a profound market shift: organizers are no longer looking for individual service providers, but for partners capable of managing operational complexity at scale.
Flow management, multi-site coordination, transportation, logistics, and a seamless attendee experience have become critical success factors for international events.
By structuring bnetwork Event Services, the group is bringing greater clarity and consistency to capabilities developed over several years of on-the-ground experience.
bnetwork is now organized around two complementary pillars:
• bnetwork Accommodation Specialist, the group’s historical core activity,
• bnetwork Event Services, bringing together all operational and destination support services.
This evolution enables bnetwork to offer a modular approach, ranging from the delivery of a single service to the full operational management of complex event setups.
A clear ambition: becoming a key partner for major international events
In an environment where events are becoming more international, more demanding and more complex, accommodation is no longer just a logistical component: it is a critical performance infrastructure.
By structuring its offering, bnetwork aims to position itself as a partner able to:
• secure destination accommodation capacity,
• improve operational flow and efficiency,
• enhance the attendee experience,
• support organizers in increasingly complex environments.
This approach is designed to complement the roles of existing stakeholders (DMCs, agencies, venues), with a focus on coordination and integration rather than substitution.
Two key appointments to accelerate this transformation
To support this new phase of development, bnetwork is strengthening its leadership team with two strategic appointments.
Philippe Seguin appointed Chief Development Officer, bnetwork Event Services
Philippe Seguin joins bnetwork as Chief Development Offi cer of bnetwork Event Services and becomes a member of the Group Executive Committee. “Events can no longer be managed in silos”
“Large-scale international events can no longer be managed through fragmented approaches. Accommodation, logistics and attendee experience are now deeply interconnected and must be handled in an integrated way. With bnetwork Event Services, we provide organizers with the means to manage this complexity at scale, building on what has been our core strength for over 20 years: operational reliability. Our ambition is clear: to become a leading global partner for the performance of international events.” said
