- Green Key Certified: We meet strict environmental requirements regarding water, waste, and energy management.
- Circular Economy: We are phasing out single-use plastics and prioritizing recyclable materials.
- Ethical Sourcing: We exclude unethical products like foie gras and GMOs, and we prioritize seasonal, local suppliers.

- The Organic Cuisine Label: We hold the Danish Organic "Spisemærke" in Bronze, guaranteeing 30–60% organic food and beverages.
- Healthy & Sustainable: Our menus are designed to be healthier for both the body and the environment, focusing on internal production to ensure full control over resources.
