Based in Tokyo for over 6 years, I have been working in Japan’s travel and events industry for the past 5 years, currently as a Senior Manager specializing in MICE, corporate programs, and high-end ground operations.

I work closely with international corporates and agencies to design and deliver complex programs across Japan, ranging from small executive-level incentives to large-scale events. My role combines a strong commercial focus with hands-on operational expertise, ensuring projects are both creatively designed and executed seamlessly on the ground.

Together with my team, we have built a carefully curated network of venues, cultural locations, and trusted local partners across Japan. This allows us to deliver Japan in a seamless and authentic way, creating tailored programs that align with both global expectations and local standards, while maintaining flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail at every stage.

Originally from Germany and now fully based in Tokyo, I work fluently in English, German, and Japanese, and enjoy bridging international clients with the nuances of operating in Japan.
