Hi, I’m Glenda, based in Frankfurt, with a background in Customer Service and Marketing and currently part of the team at CTI.

Having worked in international environments – from e-commerce to Walt Disney World – I’m passionate about creating meaningful customer interactions and ensuring that people leave with a positive and lasting impression. I particularly enjoy connecting with others and exchanging ideas on how to elevate customer journeys.

Frankfurt is not only a major financial hub, often referred to as “Mainhattan”, but also a city full of contrast and character. From its modern skyline to its rich history, it offers a unique mix that makes it especially appealing to international visitors.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the surroundings of Frankfurt, from the vineyards of the Rheingau to charming cities like Heidelberg. What I value most about Frankfurt is its central location and international spirit – it brings people together and makes it easy to discover something new, even on a short trip.
