Osaka Kansai Hotel Alliance represents a network of hotels across the Kansai region, primarily centered on Osaka and Hyogo (including Kobe and surrounding areas), and participates in this trade show as a point of contact to introduce the region’s environment for hosting international MICE events.
At this exhibition, our objective is not to promote individual hotels, but to explain the advantages of selecting Kansai as a MICE destination and the comprehensive accommodation framework supported by the region’s hotels.
Kansai is one of Japan’s most accessible regions, with well-developed transportation infrastructure including Kansai International Airport, Osaka Itami Airport, Kobe Airport, and the Shinkansen network. In addition, major cities such as Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara are concentrated within a compact area and connected by efficient transportation systems, offering outstanding mobility and convenience for MICE events.
One of Kansai’s key strengths lies in the diversity of its hotels. A wide range of options is available, from luxury properties to relaxation-oriented and highly functional hotels, enabling flexible accommodation planning in line with event scale, participant profiles, and objectives.
Kansai also offers sufficient accommodation and meeting capacity to host international conferences and large-scale events. The region supports distributed MICE designs that make use of multiple hotels and venues, allowing organizers to respond flexibly to various event formats, from large conventions to VIP programs.
Furthermore, Kansai provides significant added value through its cultural and experiential assets, including the historic heritage of Kyoto and Nara, the vibrant urban character of Osaka, and the international atmosphere of Kobe, all of which contribute to enhanced participant satisfaction.
At this booth, we serve as a general contact point to explain Kansai’s hotel environment and MICE hosting capabilities. Specific hotel selection and conditions are considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with the requirements of event organizers and in coordination with relevant organizations.
