Building on the legacy of the IMEX Policy Forum, the Place Leaders Forum brings two worlds together—place leaders shaping the future of their destinations and business events leaders who can help them realize their ambitions.
As place leadership evolves, new governance models have emerged, and decision makers are looking for clearer evidence, deeper insight and stronger cross-sector partnerships. The Place Leaders Forum was created to meet that need.
The Place Leaders Forum is organized in collaboration with the International Association of Convention Centres (AIPC), City Destinations Alliance (City DNA), Destinations International (DI), German Convention Bureau (GCB), International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), Strategic Alliance National Convention Bureaux of Europe (SANCBE) and U.S. Travel Association, under the auspices of Events Industry Council (EIC) and Joint Meetings Industry Council (JMIC).
