Hotel Beaumont Maastricht named best family-owned hotel in the Netherlands

Hotel Beaumont in the Dutch city of Maastricht has been named best family-owned hotel in the Netherlands at the Entree Awards, one of the leading hospitality awards in the Dutch industry.

Located near Maastricht’s central station, Hotel Beaumont is a family run hotel founded in 1912, offering around 70 rooms and suites. The hotel is also known for its gastronomy, with restaurant Harry’s serving French-inspired cuisine. Now led by fourth generation brothers Jean Marc and Sebastiaan Beaumont, it continues to evolve while maintaining its family heritage.

Jean Marc Beaumont commented:
“This award recognises the efforts of our team and the developments we have realised in recent years.”

The jury described the hotel as a benchmark for family-owned businesses in the Netherlands, highlighting its combination of design, facilities, sustainability and long-term vision. Particular emphasis was placed on the complementary leadership style of the brothers and their ability to guide the company into its next phase.
