On Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 June 2026, Convention Bureau Event Park Amsterdam and its 42 partners will be organising the fourth edition of the Inspiration Event. Are you a meeting planner or event manager looking for new ideas and unique venues? Then this event will definitely be of interest to you.

During this exclusive two-day Inspiration Event, we’ll take you on a tour of our green and sustainable municipality of Haarlemmermeer. Along the way, you’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes look at more than 11 of our partner hotels and event venues. We’d also love to introduce you to our professional suppliers.

What can you expect?

• Two inspiring days full of special experiences.
• From 8.30 am on Monday to 3.00 pm on Tuesday.
• Meetings with fellow professionals from the meetings and events industry.
• Networking opportunities, culinary surprises, and plenty of fun.
• An overnight stay at one of our partner hotels.

Hotel Stay

All participants are cordially invited to stay overnight from Monday to Tuesday. We offer the option to check in as early as Sunday evening exclusively for planners traveling from afar who wish to avoid Monday morning traffic. We promise you two memorable days that will surprise, inspire, and broaden your horizons!

Participation

Do you work as a professional corporate meeting planner, venue booker, or event manager, and/or are you responsible for organizing (inter)national meetings and/or events? Do you also meet the following criteria:

1. You have at least 3 years of experience as a meeting planner, venue booker, or event manager.
2. You organize or facilitate at least 4 conferences or events per year.
3. The meetings you organize have an average of more than 50 participants.

Then we warmly invite you to register for our event!

Please note:

• It is not possible to attend only part of the program.
• Have you previously participated in our Inspiration Event? In that case, we reserve the right to decline your registration. Unfortunately, we only have 45 spots available, and we prefer to make these available to meeting planners who have not participated before. We greatly appreciate your enthusiasm and commitment, but we hope for your understanding in this matter.
• Our event is offered free of charge. However, travel and parking expenses will not be reimbursed.
